Teach Em to swim
Agility classes
Escape heat. Go to Galveston. Let Emma run wild on the beach.

Microchips
So, Emma is at the SPCA right now. I could be very behind on this, so bare with me.
I know the SPCA is getting a lot of bad press, given the cat incident. But, I just wanted to comment on them for a minute. I read Reddit (more than I should), and I’ve noted people saying how there was additional fees tacked onto getting microchips in your pet. When they asked me if I wanted one for Emma...

Confessions.
Emma is getting spayed Friday. I’m terrified post surgery, dropping her off with strangers - she’s going to be terrified/hate me.. something other than “hey mom, where have you been!”
I assume I’m making a bigger deal of this, than Emma will. /sigh

WatchI stumbled across this organizing my external. I don’t remember taking this video, and it’s quite hard to believe that my dog was ever this small. I had to watch it a couple times, but that’s definitely my puppy. LOL.

I have started a little game with her to practice recalls. Whenever Emma goes outside, I tend to just leave the door open, and let her come back in at her leisure. Utter Panic
My aunt and I decided today to make banana bread, so while she ran to the store to get some things we had forgotten, I played around with Emma. We were running back and forth, with me chasing her. And, at one point she ran into my arm. She shook it off, walked into the kitchen then starting barring her teeth. I tried to get over and see what was wrong but she ran. Then would do the same thing....

For martianmassacre:
The hoodie Em has on is actually one I bought off Amazon. It’s really generic, but its thick and I’ve been using it to take her out now that it’s colder.

Raw
Currently, I fed Em half kibble/half canned Taste of the Wild. If it were kibble alone, she'd starve herself. So, I think after this next round of cans are out that I will take the plunge and start her on a raw diet.
Anyone else out there doing this, or have any experience with it? I'm doing my research but it seems at times, so difficult and overwhelming.
